Q: Where do the greatest athletes of all-time come together to celebrate their success?
A: Sportkings trading cards! And Series C will continue the tradition. The best of baseball, hockey, football and basketball will be honored but Sportkings doesn't stop there. Other less prominent sports are also featured; surfing, poker, soccer, fencing, track and field, mixed martial arts and many more will be featured in Series C.
PokerWhen Sport Kings first announced the inclusion of Phil Hellmuth in Series A, eyebrows raised. However, his cards turned out to be some of the most collectible in the Series. We followed this with Annie Duke in Series B and her cards were also extremely sought after. Series C will continue this trend and will feature poker star Daniel Negreanu.
Daniel was born in Toronto Canada in 1974. This explains his passion for hockey and why he is usually seen wearing hockey jerseys during professional poker tournaments. Daniel is the holder of four World Series of Poker bracelets to go along with his two World Poker Tour Championships. We are proud to name Daniel Negreanu a Sport King.
Mixed Martial ArtsMMA will be well represented in Series C by the inclusion of legend Ken Shamrock. Shamrock has excelled in every form of mixed martial arts and professional wrestling.

He is best known for his participation in the Ultimate Fighting Championships. He is not called "The World's Most Dangerous Man" for nothing.
Track and FieldWho can forget some of the history made by USA track star Jackie Joyner-Kersee.

Sports Illustrated voted her the greatest female athlete of the 20th Century. Jackie won three gold, one silver and two bronze medals in four Olympic Games. Born in East St. Louis in 1962, she was named after Jackie Kennedy. Jackie attended UCLA where she excelled at not only track but also basketball. Jackie Joyner-Kersee is truly a Sport King.
SurfingWhen you talk about the best competitors in the sport of surfing, one name always enters the discussion, Kelly Slater.
Born in 1972 in Cocoa Beach Florida, Kelly is regarded as the greatest professional surfer in the history of the sport. He won the ASP World Championships nine times including five in a row from 1994-1998. At the age of 20 he was the youngest to win the Championship and at the age of 36 he was the oldest to win it. Kelly has had too many professional accomplishments to list but one thing to note, he was lucky enough to appear in several Baywatch episodes in the early '90s.
FootballAfter his breakout season with Rams in 1999, Sports illustrated featured him on their October 18th cover with the caption, "Who is this guy?"

Always having to prove himself as a back-up or in a developmental league, Kurt Warner has done it, time after time. Kurt has appeared as the starting quarterback in three Super Bowl games winning one with the St. Louis Rams. His three games rank one, two and three in most yardage by a passer in the Super Bowl Game Record Book.
Production of Series C will be extremely reduced from Series A and Series B.
The release will co-inside with the National Sports Collectors' Convention in Cleveland.
