Redeeming your Made To Order card is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3.

1. Follow the instructions below for the type of Made To Order card you are redeeming;

2. Send your redemption card and your complete address to:

Use whatever shipping method you prefer to send your card to us. Remember, if we do not receive your card – we can’t redeem it.

We are NOT responsible for your card until we receive it at our Customer Service Office.

3. Made To Order redemptions usually take between 6-8 weeks.

If you have any additional questions about your Made To Order card, send an email to: info@sportkingsgum.com and type "Made To Order" in the subject line.

Sport Kings LP reserves the right to remove any athlete or piece of memorabilia from this program at any time based on our contractual relationship with the athlete or the availability of the memorabilia.

When redeeming a Single-Made To Order choose one athlete on the checklist below. If an athlete has more than one piece of memorabilia beside their name, specify which type of memorabilia you would prefer.

Single Made To Order Redemption Card

For a Double-Made To Order, choose two different athletes.

Double Made To Order Redemption Card

For a Triple-Made To Order choose three different athletes.

Triple Made To Order Redemption Card

Make sure that this information is printed clearly along with your complete address when returning your redemption card.
